This field allows you to tell us exactly how you wish us to customize items. If you are ordering buckets let us know how many holes and where you want them on your bucket. For blades let us know what to imprint. For tags please read the following:

What imprinting is to be on the male side of the tag? (part with the stem)

What imprinting is to be on the female side of the tag? (part with the hole)
(The imprinting will be the same on both the male side and female side of the tags if not specified.)

Please type any personalization EXACTLY as you want it to be printed.
(If you want all capital letters, please type all capitals. If you want spaces, please put in the spaces.)

If you want the imprinting on one line or two lines.

If numbers are not requested, then no numbers will be imprinted.

Please let us know if you only want the imprinting in a certain area of the tag.
(If you wish us to imprint something at the top of the tag and leave room at the bottom of the tag for you to write your own management number, please let us know that. Otherwise what we are told to imprint will be as large as possible on the tag.)

If these tags are to be scrapie approved tags, please tell us that you want scrapie approved tags. If they are to be official tags then we must be given your scrapie flock number and the 4 or 5 digit animal ID number sequence that you wish us to imprint on the tags. If these tags are for the SFCP program then please designate the tags that way.
Premier does not keep information regarding previous tag orders unless you have sent and paid an extra charge for logo art. Individual names and so forth are not considered logos. Therefore please let us know for each tag order, how each type of tag is to be imprinted.
