Get Ready for Cooler Weather
November is here and winter is on its way, bringing chilly rains and, for some, ice and snow.

If you’re looking for winter-tolerant birds, look into the Chantecler breed. It was developed in Canada. And Wyandottes (in photo above) have handled our sub-zero Iowa winters quite well.
