How to Use
- Ensure that the baby lamb receives colostrum during its first 24 hours of life.
- When hand feeding with a nipple bottle or doing restricted feeding, offer milk warm at 100˚F. It is recommended to offer 3 to 6 feedings per day of warm milk during the first two weeks of life. Never offer more than 1/2 pint (8 fl oz) per feeding during the first 2 weeks of life.
- After 7 days of age please see special note**.
- Provide good quality lamb creep at 3 to 6 days of age and restrict hay intake to the amount a lamb will eat in an hour.
- Wean lambs at a minimum of 30 days of age and weighing at least 25 lb.
*Measuring cup provided for convenience (enclosed in the bag). Once markings on cup indicate approximate dry weight; weigh for best results.
**Special Note: A feeding program must take into consideration the condition and health of the lambs. After 7 days of age, it is always preferable to feed lambs from group feeders and to offer them cold milk to reduce overconsumption and bloat. Feeding large quantities of warm milk can lead to overconsumption.

My sheep experience began when my neighbor (who has 80 head) gifted me with twins at 3 days old, abandoned by their mother. I searched locally for a good-quality lamb milk replacement, but all of the available ones had chemicals or unneeded medicines in them. I found this formula, and with the high reviews, I tried it. The lambs THRIVED on it. They grew much faster than their counterparts on my neighbor’s ranch. No problems with diarrhea/scours or anything like that. I slowly transitioned them off the bottle and onto hay/grass, and they are doing great.

Great product. Great service.

My lambs seem to be doing well, no scours. They happily run to me for their bottle.

This is the only product I have found for lamb milk replacer that has no copper.

Just simply an excellent product. Orphan lambs take to it quickly, they grow fast and healthy, and it last for a few days which reduces the cost of wasted milk that was not consumed.
